These are the two qualities that have best served me throughout my career. My love of graphic design began with a class I took in 2003 on Adobe Illustrator. I received my degree in Design, with a major in Fashion and a minor in Graphic Design. I have since worked as a graphic designer for a print shop and embroidery digitizer. 

Then, curiosity led me to another creative discipline, costume design, where I became enamored with fabric, trims, and embellishments of every kind. My love of dance led to my job at Carolina Ballet in Raleigh, NC. There, I altered, constructed, and embellished costumes for the 2008-2009 season.

Then, I found my niche in the fashion industry. I have been privileged to work alongside wonderful teams at CATO and White House Black Market (WHBM). My fashion industry experience extends from technical design to corporate training to creative design. It is the latter where my creativity, curiosity, and collaborative spirt thrive! I have experience with a diverse mix of product categories including: knit tops, graphic tees, woven tops, woven jackets, woven bottoms, bags, and jewelry. 

In my spare time, I love to dance, ice skate, and sing. I'm an avid animal lover with a slight shoe obsession. I believe in hard work, servant leadership, and an attitude of gratitude. Most of all, I believe in people.
